1. Heard the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Imamganj P. S. Case No. 96 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 69 and 85 of the B.N.S and Sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 22.12.2025 and has no criminal antecedent and in the FIR, the informant herself accepts that she and the petitioner were in relationship and other allegations levelled against the petitioner by her are completely false, in fact, the petitioner himself was assaulted by the prosecution party and in this regard, some photographs have been filed along with this petition showing the injuries sustained by the petitioner, which may be perused.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the statements made in the petition as well as above submissions, coupled with the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and his custody period, this court is inclined to release him on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Imamganj P. S. Case No. 96 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
