Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that petitioner assaulted with Garasa on the head of the informant when other accused persons assaulted with lathi. It is further alleged that other accused persons snatched gold chain of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that injury on the head of the informant has not been found to be grievous and the petitioner has also received injuries. There is counter version of the occurrence also.

No.36189 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Fesar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
