The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No.111 of 2022 instituted under Sections 376, 341, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the IPC and under Section 6 and 12 of POCSO Act lodged on 10.11.2022 by the informant Jiwati Kumari.

As per the prosecution story, the girl has alleged that she along with her fiance had gone for eye check up and while her would be husband had gone to attend the nature's call, the accused persons came, abused and later allegation is that immoral act was done by them which was also video shoot. As the accuseds were again passing through the forest area, the locals caught hold of the petitioner and this way, he was taken into custody.
