2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Jagdishpur P. S. Case No. 14 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per F.I.R., three unknown miscreants looted the bank of Rs. 1,75,520/-., one company laptop and one mobile phone. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Sandeep Chauhan @ Rocky.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that co-accused Sandeep Chauhan @ Rocky admitted involvement of this petitioner in the alleged offence and petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
