3. Learned counsel for the Magadh University, Bodh Gaya has provided an order dated 06.05.2026 passed by the

Patna High Court MJC No.982 of 2020(3) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 Registrar of the said University and issued vide memo no. 58 dated 07.05.2026 by which the claim of the petitioner for appointment on compassionate ground has been rejected.

4. Granting liberty to the petitioner to agitate the matter, if any grievance still remains, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
