No. 5673 of 2014 (Arun Kumar Singh & Anr. vs. the State of Bihar & Ors.).
2. That being so, the impugned order of punishment, so far it relates to only withholding of amount of salary beyond the subsistence allowance, is hereby quashed and the matter alike in the case of Arun Kumar Singh (supra) is remitted back to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5632 of 2014 (4) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 authorities of the Corporation for passing a fresh order in accordance with law.
