The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No.149 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 302, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide detailed order dated 27.07.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.15183 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the prosecution side are agnate of the petitioner and there is land dispute between the parties and both sides sustained injuries.

No.20986 of 2022(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 In view of the facts that the petitioner is the main assailant and there is no fresh ground in the present bail application for considering the prayer for bail of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is again rejected.
