JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed upon direction to the respondent authorities to construct Police Station (O.P) in Mau village over khata no 860, plot no 881 measuring an area of 70 decimals after providing appropriate space

Patna High Court CWJC No.5356 of 2024(2) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 to the villagers of village- Mau for their cultural activities which is being performed over the said land since time memorial and is being jeopardized due to arbitrary action of the respondents."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the RespondentState, upon instructions received by him from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, submits that the construction work of Mau Police Station outpost building is going on and the same would definitely be completed expeditiously. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if it be so, the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off, however, with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gaya, to forthwith complete the construction of the aforesaid Mau Police Station outpost.
