NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 A report has been received from the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge- VI, Samastipur in relation to Sessions Trial No. 278 of 2017 arising out of Warisnagar P.S. Case No. 294 of 2016 dated 07.08.2018 which is kept at flag "A" stating that the trial in connection with the aforesaid case has not been concluded within the time granted by this Court vide order dated 10.10.2017 as the Investigating Officer was to be examined as per application filed by the other side. Simultaneously, further time of three months has been prayed to conclude the trial.
