NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 01-04-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.

Petitioner retired from the post of Junior Engineer in the Building Construction Department, Patna on 31.12.2017. He submits that after retirement only group insurance and general provident fund has been paid but pension, gratuity, earned leave has not been paid neither the revised pay scale has been granted to him, as such, he claims benefit as per the 6th and 7th pay revision which came into effect from 01.04.2007 and 01.04.2017 respectively.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5377 of 2019(2) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of claim as made by the petitioner this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.5 The Executive Engineer Division-2, Building Construction Department, Patna to look into the claim of the petitioner and pay the pension and other retiral dues pending in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
