This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 705 of 2022 registered under section 414, 420, 467 of Indian Penal Code 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 180 milliliter foreign liquor and also the petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
