2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 190, 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 76, 103(1), 352, 351(3) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are women and they are said to have participated in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 11.09.2024 and there is general and omnibus allegation against them.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur/concerned Court below in connection with Industrial P.S. Case No. 150 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioners, after being released on bail are directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through their lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioners.
