JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 376, 511, 323 & 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have purchased some lands from father-in-law of the informant. The claim of the informant is that the aforesaid land had already been purchased by her from her husband but her father-in-law in connivance with the petitioner and other accused executed a forged sale deed in favour of the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note

No.28391 of 2016 (3) dt.29-09-2016 2/2 of this fact that the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09-05-2016, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Lakhisarai Mahila P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Smt. Gayatri Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Lakhisarai. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
