Petitioner seeks bail in Sherghaati P.S. Case No.23 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected by this Court with liberty to renew the prayer after framing of charge. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that charge has been framed on 07.08.2018 for the offence under Section 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act, which is annexed as Annexure-3.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 16.01.2018. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58229 of 2018 (2) dt.05-10-2018 2/2 petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghaati, Gaya, in connection with Sherghaati P.S. Case No.23 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
