JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority challenging the order dated 14.10.2011 passed by the District Teacher's Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur, which is under challenge, in this writ application.

Permission is accorded.
