The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

It is a case of abduction of the daughter of the informant by the accused persons for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the main accused, namely, Sudhir Raut who

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19978 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 alleged to be taken away the victim, has been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59091 of 2021 and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Sitamarhi in connection with Sursand P.S.
