JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-11-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no objection to the matter being heard by the Division Bench.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.17865 of 2014(1) dt.28-11-2022 2/3 "(I) For direction upon the resp. authorities to pay the full salary along with all the increments with interest for period 22.10.1981 to 22.01.1990 during which the petitioner was under suspension in view of a criminal case.
(II) For direction upon the resp. authorities to pay the consequential monetary benefit after granting 1st and 2nd A.C.P with effect from the due dates.
(III) For payment of arrears of salary for period 13.03.1972 to 30.07.1972 and for the month of May, 1973 by the resp. No.-3 in the light of letter No.-3553 dt.-02.12.1994 of the statistics and Evaluation Deptt.
(IV) For payment of monetary benefit after granting Jr. and Sr. selection grade w.e.f the due dates.
(V) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be entitled to."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that with the passage of time, some of the grievances stand redressed. Respondent No. 4, namely, the District Statistics Officer, Samastipur, has passed an order dated 18.6.2015 (Annexure 10), which the petitioner intends to assail before the appropriate authority.
Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
The Instant application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.
