JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim has already returned to her home and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded. In her statement, the victim specifically stated that it was co-accused, Wakil Sahni, who forcibly took her from her house though at the time of alleged occurrence petitioner, being mother of co-accused, Wakil Sahni, was found standing at the main gate of house of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
