The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Four persons were apprehended while they were going on motorcycle and 36 liters of Nepali liquor was recovered from their possession. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.01.2019. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18027 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 where the case is pending in connection with Special Case No.131 of 2019, arising out of Fulkaha P.S. Case No.16 of 2019, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
