2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner along with other co-accused persons is accused of looting a petrol pump in the night.

4. Petitioner is accused in some cases and he is in jail since 25.09.2023. During investigation sufficient material have come to connect the petitioner with the crime.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
