2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pandaul P.S. Case No. 252 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Subsequently Sections 310(2), 311, 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 was added.

3. Four miscreants riding on two motorcycles stopped the motorcycle of the informant and snatched his bag containing Rs. 40,000/-. They pushed down the informant and shot at his left thigh. Miscreants took away motorcycle, bag and mobile phone of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2024 and claims clean antecedent. The looted motorcycle and the mobile

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21485 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 phone have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
