No. 45364 of 2018 which was rejected vide order dated 30.07.2018. While rejecting the case of the petitioners for grant of bail, the Court granted liberty to renew prayer for bail after completion of investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in fact before 30.7.2018 the investigation was completed but that fact was not brought to the notice of the court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have remained in custody for nearly three months. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
