ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 395 and 27 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering that the Petitioner was identified in the Test Identification Parade, I am not inclined to release him on bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

The prayer for bail is rejected.
