2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 365, 366, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the minor daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and submitted that she was in love with coaccused Ranjit Kumar and has solemnized marriage with him and both were living together as husband and wife at Gurugram. The Court below has assessed the age of victim as 18 years.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Tariyani P.S.
