2. Petitioners apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447 341, 323, 324, 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R named accused persons including this petitioner entered the house of informant and this petitioner is alleged to have stabbed the daughter of informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18206 of 2025(2) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 with knife . Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .
