1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and allegation is of recovery of 131.250 litres of liquor from a car.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is further submitted that petitioner is not the owner of the seized vehicle and since he was crossing the area where checking was going on, as such, the police implicated him, when petitioner admittedly is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 05.02.2026.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Kishanganj Excise P.S. Case No. 148 of 2026 corresponding to Special Case No. 149 of 2026.
