One country made loaded pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.02.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S.Case No. 48 of 2016.
