Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the informant's Rs.40,000/- was robbed, leading to registration of the First Information Report against unknown. The petitioners' name sprang up during investigation on the confessional statement of co-accused Ram Pukar Yadav.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that investigation is still pending and except the confessional statement of co-accused Ram Pukar Yadav

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35877 of 2015 (4) dt.28-09-2015 nothing has transpired against the petitioners till date. Moreover, the informant has also filed a petition before the learned court below that he is being pressurized by the police to name the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Uphara P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012, pending in the court of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad. With this observation this application is disposed of.
