Learned counsel for the respondents/State on instruction submitted that pursuant to the order dated 03.03.2022, arrears of honorarium which is due to the petitioner has been set right on 29.03.2022. However, prima facie interest has not been paid, therefore, the concerned authority is hereby directed to calculate the interest from 25.03.2019 to 29.03.2022 @ of 6 % per annum and disburse the interest amount to the petitioner within a period of three weeks, failing which, the interest

Patna High Court CWJC No.6817 of 2020(7) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 shall be paid by the concerned officer from his pocket and not from the department.

Re-list this case on 25.04.2022."

Today, learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submitted that the payment of interest as observed above has been complied on 21.04.2022.

In the light of these developments, the present petition do not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
