JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 523 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 506 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and several others is of assault to the informant and his brothers. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that although petitioner is named in the F.I.R. along with others but no specific allegation has been attributed to him. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submission, as above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail
