06-03-2020 Heard Smt. Bela Singh, learned counsel for the appellant and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. The present appeal has been preferred against the judgment of conviction and sentence dated 14-02-2020 passed by the learned 9th Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in Sessions Trial No. 334 of 2015, arising out of Haipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2014. By the said judgment, the appellant has been sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years and to pay a fine of Rs. 40,000/- (forty thousand) and in case of default in payment of fine, he was sentenced to further undergo simple imprisonment of three months.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that by the aforesaid judgment dated 14-02-2020, the appellant has already been granted provisional bail by the learned Additional Sessions

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1158 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 Judge and as such, it has been requested to confirm the same.
