This application has been filed for quashing of Prosecution Report-4P dated 08.06.2011 in Case No. 373C2 of 2012 against the petitioner.

The impugned order has been passed on 08.06.2011 and the quashing application has been filed in 2015 after inordinate delay that too without satisfactory explanation of the delay. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
