The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. According to first information report, the alleged occurrence is of 1st July, 2018 and the F.I.R.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24723 of 2019(2) dt.17-04-2019 2/2 has been lodged on 11.01.2019, i.e. after lapse of more than six months without explaining the reason of delay. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 02 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
