Patna High Court CWJC No.9315 of 2021(2) dt.15-02-2022 2/2 present writ application.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petitioner's contention raised in the present application. The petitioner shall be at liberty to question the correctness of the determination of the amount sought to be recovered through the said communication in appropriate proceeding if initiated, in accordance with law.
