The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleges that one Sujit Kumar was found appearing instead of the petitioner in the competitive examination for the increment of salary of employees of Group C in Bihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a government servant

No.20719 of 2023(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that the petitioner is a government servant and no government servant would even think of committing such an occurrence which would jeopardize his entire career. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1225 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
