JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-08-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,149,341,342,323,324,307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and after more than three months of the occurrence. The son of the informant died when section 302 IPC was added. The accusation is of assaulting the son of the informant by six FIR named accused persons including the petitioners and snatching rupees twenty thousand. After ninety five days of the occurrence the son of the informant died.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34077 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general. The victim died after more than three months of the occurrence and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Nauhatta P.S. Case No. 123 of 2015 pending in the court of learned C.J.M. Saharsa. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
