Accordingly, the petition of petitioner no.3 is dismissed as withdrawn.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19916 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/3 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is a case of assault due to which one Sarvesh Yadasv sustained injury.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is animus relation with the informant side. The doctor opined the injury is to be simple in nature and there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, namely, Kamaldeo Yadav, Sri Ram Kumar @ Sri Ram Yadav, Binod Paswan, Murari Singh and Rajdeo Yadav, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Sherghati (Gaya) in connection
