The present writ petitioner has been filed "for a direction to the respondents authorities to remove encroachment from the land appertaining Khata No. 325 Khesra No. 4749 Area 10 Dhur in Mauza Prasad under Madhepur Anchal in the District of Madhubani, which has been settled in favour of petitioner under Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, but it has been encroached by the respondent no. 7."
