The writ application, therefore, disposed of now as having become infructuous.

The three officers, however, are cautioned to be

The petitioner has unnecessarily been compelled to approach the High Court virtually on non-issue. The court may not be as indulgent in future if such omission comes to its knowledge. The personal presence of the three officers, now stands dispensed with.
