JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-12-2015 In view of the order dated 14.12.2015 issued by the Regional Deputy Director, Munger, Division Munger which is annexed with the second Supplementary Counter Affidavit as Annexure-R, the matter now finally stands clarified with regard to the status of the petitioner.
The writ application, therefore, disposed of now as having become infructuous.
The three officers, however, are cautioned to be
Patna High Court CWJC No.11635 of 2015 dt.15-12-2015 careful in future, while dealing with the administrative matters and decision making, because it is due to their omission, if not negligence. The petitioner has unnecessarily been compelled to approach the High Court virtually on non-issue. The court may not be as indulgent in future if such omission comes to its knowledge. The personal presence of the three officers, now stands dispensed with.
