Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 5.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 23936 of 2017 and allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of his father.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for two years and the trial is at the stage of argument. However, one after another petitions are being filed by the informant and learned APP for transfer and summons of accused in order to delay the trial and petitioner is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56755 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Gaya, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2017, arising out of Chandauti P.S.Case No. 99 of 2013, subject to the conditions that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned and petitioner has to co-operate in disposal of trial and appear in court as and when required, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
