The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.755 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 137(2), 140(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping a boy.

The name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the victim boy recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. He is in custody since 12.10.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
