The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 17 liters of illicit foreign liquor from the hut of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that though the petitioner is having a fair antecedent, but he is accused in one case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 02.02.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the
