Petitioner is said to have assaulted the informant by means of lathi causing injury on his hand.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sajour ( Sahkund) P.S.Case No. 42 of 2016.
