Learned counsel for the State accepts notice for respondents.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate direction, order or writ in the nature

Patna High Court CWJC No.9041 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 2/3 of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to issue selection letter in favour of the petitioner who was duly selected on the post of Anganwari Sevika at Ward No.2, Centre No. 262, namely Jagwan West after completing the entire exercise for selection to the said post under Bisfi Block of Madhubani District.

(ii) For holding and declaring that the petitioner cannot be denied the selection letter for the post of Sevika after her valid selection without any valid or cogent reason.

(iii) For any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to, in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Despite petitioner's grievance which is stated to be pending before respondent no.3/respondent no.4, consequential order has not been passed, therefore, whoever the competent

Patna High Court CWJC No.9041 of 2021 dt.16-02-2022 3/3 authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order failing which the petitioner is entitled to litigation cost and it is quantified at Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand). With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
