JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2016 The petitioner had earlier approached before this Court for grant of regular bail. By an order dated 10.11.2015, he was granted provisional bail for a period of two months. Since, he did not surrender after completion of two months nor he filed any application for extension of the said period, his regular bail application was finally dismissed by an order dated 04.05.2016, but with an observation that if the petitioner surrendered before the Court below within four weeks from the said date and seeks regular bail, his application for regular bail shall be decided and disposed of on the same day.

It is the case of the petitioner that in compliance of the order dated 04.05.2016, he surrendered before the Court below, but his application for regular bail has been rejected and he

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29320 of 2016 (2) dt.20-07-2016 2/2 has been taken into custody.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupess Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 419 of 2014.
