2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 454, 447, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In the First Information Report, the allegation against this petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of danda which hit on his right leg.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after a delay of 8 days without any explanation. The doctor has

It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused Suresh Paswan has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21765 of 2024. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
