Petitioner is accused in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Sections 153(A), 295(A), 504 and 506 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused Md. Sahjad @ Sabbir Rahmani have already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 31521 of 2018 on 24.05.2018. Petitioner is in custody since 27.06.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56169 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with G.R. No. 240 of 2018 arising out of Rosera P.S Case No. 98 of 2018.
