The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Hisua P. S. Case No. 99 of 2014 registered under Sections 366-A, 376-D/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he along with two others have abducted a minor girl and gangraped her, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is again rejected.
