2. Earlier bail application of the petitioners was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35568 of 2020 and thereafter, petitioners had moved before Hon'ble Supreme Court against the aforesaid order vide SLP (Cri) No. 8857 of 2021 and at the commencement of hearing, the aforesaid Special Leave Petition was dismissed as withdrawn on 01.12.2021.

3. Petitioners apprehend arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. It is submitted that during course of investigation, no one has identified these petitioners as one of the assailants.

5. However, considering the fact that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioners was rejected by co-ordinate Bench of this Court as well as by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail before the court below which would be considered and disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
