Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under section 307 and other sections of the IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The case of the prosecution is that when the informant was looking after the property of Md. Kalimuddin, the accused persons, named in the F.I.R, came there armed with lethal weapons and started pelting stones. They also fired gun shot which hit right shoulder of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused Arvind Yadav and five others have already been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.4191 of 2015. The case of the petitioners is similar to that of other accused persons.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40975 of 2014 (2) dt.02-04-2015 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Msaurhi P.S.Case No.336 of 2014, subject to condition laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
